THM Candy Collab
Hey y'all! This video is a part of a collaboration with some other THM YouTube creators! This month we're focusing on candies that are on plan with THM (Trim Healthy Mama)! With hubby loving marshmallows, I knew I needed to find my courage and try out the Mazing Marshmallows from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook. I also played around with some shelf stable chocolate (recipe here in the description). Be sure you check out the other ladies' candy recipes as well! Thank you!
Shelf-Stable Chocolates
4oz Baker's Chocolate (100% cacao)
2oz Cocoa Butter
¼ cup Gentle Sweet (more or less to taste)
Shake of Stevia Powder (more or less to taste)
Pinch of Salt
1) In a double boiler (or pot with a larger bowl on top), melt ingredients together, adjusting to your personal taste as needed. NOTE: DON'T EVER GET WATER INTO YOUR CHOCOLATE MIXTURE! IT WILL SEIZE UP AND RUIN THE RECIPE!
2) Pour melted chocolate into molds and leave alone until fully set and dry.
3) Enjoy! I don't know how long these will last outside of the fridge since we wind up eating them all before I can find out!
