If you dont want your car jacked (any car), pull the fuel relay and/or starter relay from the fuse box under the hood (when you are in the hood).

So every vehicle actually has one of these but it's normally a button or a rather small inconspicuous switch, I don't know why Dodge decided to make it super easy to access. I lost the key to my 1997 Dodge Dakota and had a hell of a time trying to find the neutral switch. I literally found the key before I found the neutral switch

I unclipped the diagnostic plug in, put a couple cable ties through the wires in back over the front of it then left it unclipped and pushed it up under the dash.
Thief would first have to dig around under the dash to find the plug them have a knife or side cutters to remove the cable ties.
Hopefully enough of a deturant for them to move on to the next vehicle. On my Ram but would work on any vehicle.
Tailgate thefts are also a big issue, put a hose clamp around the quick release (right side) tailgate hinge.

They’re also cutting the wires to the horns so when they break it’s quiet and disconnecting the rear antenna and the rear view mirror from the back of the radio. That disconnects the gps.

Thats why its practically mandatory to always use the kill switch before you leave it and a steering wheel lock

Okay so the way they're actually stealing your car these days after they get inside they use electronics they'll have a little handheld devices just like an OBD computer They're bypassing the immobiliser fooling your car into thinking you starting with the key fob

also you can get the tool that connect to the obd port for around $1k-$2k, if you broke there’s other ways around it 😂 🎉
