The neck isn't too long. It's the way they implement the double ball peg that makes the head sit too far from the neck. I did modify all marvel legends that I have that have this stupidly unnecessary issues, it makes them look a little bit better. But for the most part still looks unnecessarily pretty weird.

Thanks for the precise and helpful review! Good points about the proportions, I appreciate you pointing it out. However, for the legs, the actor Jeremy Renner always struck me as kind of short so perhaps it's how he's built. Just checked and yeah, he's around 5'8" so that might explain it. No excuse for the neck, though, and now I can't stop seeing it. ;-) The face also doesn't seem as good as the previously seen 3d render, but that might just be me. Articulation seems decent as you pointed out. I'm gonna keep my preorder, but I'm less enthused about him than I was.

Oof, why is the neck so tall? Also agree that some arrows (even ONE arrow) would have been good to get with this figure and Kate. I wonder if they are planning a 2 pack (like Sam and Steve) that may include arrows and items to stick them in. 🤔

Hasbro made the previous Oldman Hawkeye to me was the perfect Hawkeye figure even it was a comic based figure. The figure is properly proportioned, new sculpt from ground above, and it is so good looking. Compared to this new MCU Hawkeye figure looks more cartoonish and out of proportion.

That neck Really is too long, like the other stuff is mostly fine to me, even if it is a tad out of proportion it's passable, but the neck... I was reading desperate to get this figure when I can, but now I'm reconsidering...😕
