This talk introduces the recently launched i.MX 93 applications processor family by describing its SoC architecture along with the components used and the target applications. We will provide details on how the built-in Arm Ethos-U65 is used as an efficient acceleration engine to support ML applications and show how the rich feature set of the i.MX 93 processors, containing both Cortex-A55 and Cortex-M33, support demanding embedded vision applications, such as a driver monitoring system.
