Amen, we should not be weary as everything bad that happens now is all in our Lord's hands. He is in control. Whatever these bad things happen in this world and to us as believer is not because we have wrong or being discipline by God. Sometimes, all these are not about us at all. Whatever bad things God let happen is God's timing and His overall plan to redeem this world. We need to know the season... And as Jesus said, "when you see these happen, look up for your redemption is near." If we think that things are going to get back to normal again, we don't understand His overall redemption plan. Yes, all things will work out for good for those who love Him... However, the 'good' may not be what's here on earth, but things above. 😊

One thing that stood out to me that Sam said was the fact that there is so much that we have yet to tap into God.... So much good that we have not received b/c we are focusing on the “earthly goods”.... It’s crazy how God is sooo much wiser than us. When he said seek first the Kingdom of God & all else will follow, its true. Once you’re consumed by Him everything will fall in place.... but the question is where is the fine line b/w wanting want God has promised us on earth while wanting/seeking His Kingdom above else?? (just a 23 y/o seeking some wise wisdom from anyone ❤️)

This sermon is lovely. Sam has a down to Earth personality that he puts into his sermon and it spoke to me.

Also in 10:00 I was glad to hear a modern performance of Mighty To Save with the latest instruments. I wasn't around, let alone a born again Christian when that song was released but years later I heard of it and wondered what it'd be like to sing to it back in 2006 or 2007.

18:07 I love the traditional church setting as they sang the hymn. It's the way it should be. Our vast differences of philosophies and music style shouldn't separate us as churches. I grew up in the Catholic Church and I was born again in that church before the Lord told me to move to Hillsong after two and a half years of settling into Hillsong.
