So... who do these Russia sanctions affect, exactly?

Hi, the sanctions launched against Russia since February 2022 (in multiple instances) have been affecting more than just Russia so let's talk about who exactly these affect.
Notes since this was filmed over a month ago:
1. The ruble’s increase does not mean there are no longer issues. International transactions are still difficult to make and SWIFT is still an issue. Prices increases also mean the ruble increase is not as impactful as it looks.
2. Insulin is a widely discussed issue during these sanctions. Look into it if you want.
3. Paypal has started shutting down Western accounts associated with pro-Russia stances (see Mint Press).
4. In Germany there are widespread attacks against Russian and Belarusian people. It was announced that people will not be allowed to celebrate Victory Day in Berlin. Very 1940s.
5. Yes I know the “socialist” leaders in some of the LATAM countries I mentioned are not proper socialists but it’s still a step to the left. USA doesn’t like when that happens.
