I hate to find symbolisms where there doesn't seem to be. But for me the song is a call for all the nations to "forget their individualistic dreams" and "love eachother" by getting together and working collectively.

I think a lot of people forget just what a military power the SFRJ was before the tragic events of the 90's. God help anyone who'd been stupid enough to try and invade them during the Cold War years...

Единство 83 это учения по обороне Югославии от противника, оборону города. Учили что делать при бомбёжке города. Заметьте там в этой записи были агитация партии СОЮЗА КОММУНИСТОВ ЮГОСЛАВИИ или на оригинале аббревиатуры СКJ. Доктрина Броза была такая : В случае нападения противника на Югославию, территориальная оборона возьмёт ответственность за оборону Федеральной Социалистической Республики Югославии и входящие в состав федерации.
По сути что будет делать армия Югославии, будет партизанить, Это про оборону я не шучу в конституции Югославии есть статья про оборону. Только вот забыл какая там статья! Ну ладно удачи автору. А запись можно найти на ютубе. "Единство 83"
