He will be also known as Namikaze Naruto.

A big part of Naruto's strength is the character he gained from enduring all the pain. If his parents were alive, he would have been strong faster, but his power ceiling would have been lower in my opinion. It was his enduring of the hatred, being an outcast and a loser is what allowed him to befriend Kurama, and get the other bijuus to give him a part of their chakra. It is also the reason he doesn't ever abuse his power, but rather protect everyone arpund him.
