You need to offer more for your patreons, I know people who tried your patreon out and it has almost nothing, just links to your youtube videos. You need to remake some videos or at least provide your noise textures. Or provide tutorials to make your noise textures, you have so much knowledge, you could be making the big bucks if you just spent time on planning your patreon. I've got a channel with 100k and I've done a lot of marketing for youtubers and you are managing your channel quite poorly. I'm not trying to insult you or anything by saying this but it's just criticism. I could honestly help you out myself if you wish, it feels like such a waste for you to have so much knowledge and talent and to still be only at 25k subs.
