This includes what data should be collected and how to collect it. By collecting this data ahead of opening a case, and providing it within the case, it will help to lessen the risk of a misrouted case as well as help the engineers receiving the case to more quickly find resolution without having to do a lot of back-and-forth data collection before working the case.
