Just here to mention that Error404 is NOT fanon, Error404 belongs to Alphatale which started as Undertale fanfiction but it is now a Verse of it's own.

yukari alone has a chance considering she's not the strongest on the touhouverse

here's why:
J404!B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y transformation allows error to have control of existence itself, time-space and in a nutshell insta-kill everything only by touching it (including the lasers), the counters that yukari can do against this is:

-Time-space Manipulation (unaffected by keine's reverse time, thus unaffected by error's, and viceversa)

-Precognition, which can be combined with:

-Existence Erasure (negates an object or entity's existence by destroying its boundaries)

-Power Nullification (she uses it on reimu and suika)

-Durability Negation (Can open gaps inside anything, cutting it in half from within, which can be buffed with her non-physical interaction allowing her to cut even souls)

I could say death manipulation but let's remember that error can "respawn", that's why the only way is erasing his existence (althought yukari could negate his immortality like she did with mokou)

Summary: depends on who acts first, but yukari has the advantage because of her precognition (and time-travel)
