Ang gulo ng explanation ni Engr. Hindi maintindihan. Sabi nya kanina walang output ang Ups. Sa next explanation nya meron output except line 3. After hearing, walang problema ang breaker. Ang Ups may problema. Kung nasabi ni engr walang voltage reading ang line 3, then ang problem is phase loss connection. Ibig sabihin, possible lose wire connection ang line 3. I am sure hindi basta masira ang breaker kung walang lose wire. Highly possible phase lose problem. Not a good design.

Where's the spare for sealed circuit breakers? Invite the suppliers and manufacturer of circuit breakers. Hard to listen to these people covering up their behinds. It's obvious there;s misconduct in the part of airport managers.

Kung unbalance voltage po yung 3 phase line, na galing sa step down transformer nang meralco, ay meron pong sira ang transformer, dapat po ay may standby stepdown transformer po.

Meron din pong baypass yung ups pwede po nilang switch in to baypass mode hangbang inaayos yung ups, at isa pa po, dalawa po yung ups nila, isa lang naman ang nasira.
