just back from Friday 26000 and and saturday 200, 000 climate protests in Glasgow almost eevry single police van sitting all day engine idling along march route one third of private cars on nearby streets engine idling, evry bus colleting protestors engine idling

See James Hanson's proposal of a Carbon Fee to be returned directly to the Public & for the US & China to start this. IF they did I'd hope the EU might join that effort. Hanson's way could work but this approach here while just I cannot see working, ever.

Passing strange that the biggest polluter (China), and current imperial coloniser (China, in Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, South China Sea, Indian border, Bhutan, and potentially Taiwan), is not mentioned once in a discussion of climate and justice.
