Cheese is actually pretty deep. For example, blue, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses are safer for people who are lactose intolerant. They're basically saying "even if you think our music doesn't agree with you, we have so many different kinds of music that there is certainly something you'll be able to enjoy"

EDIT: Good grief, I'm well aware that, over all, it's a song "for haters." That's a very well known fact, and I'm pretty sure even the lady in the video knew that much. I was just referring to one of the aspects of the actual "cheese" analogy itself (as someone else pointed out another). A lot of people know it's a song for haters, but when it comes to that part, they think the guys are randomly naming cheese varieties because why not. But of all the specific cheese types, they picked those for a reason. (And yes, as a lactose intolerant person, I realize that it depends on the person's sensitivity to lactose; those varieties simply have an extremely low percentage of lactose content and are able to be enjoyed by most people with all but the more serious cases of lactose intolerance.) But why would I think that's the full message of the song? Anyone can read the full lyrics and see what they were getting at.
