Greece deserves their 2nd Victory at Eurovision song contest

"Sirens" sounds like it'd be a huge hit back in 2016 lol. I mean this is as a compliment, it is my winner as of yet. Think it can do well if properly staged.
"Vale" seems to be the favourite so far and... I guess it's okay. There's a nice electronic beat to it so it doesn't feel as dated as "Karnaval" but yeah, the same FIFA World Cup Anthem vibes remain.

completely agree about vále, I expected something more outstanding from evangelia. it's well-produced, but nothing truly special about it. meanwhile, asteromáta... WOW, absolute chills every time i listen.

Literally ate with Evangelia comment, like idk if she is famous or what cause there is no way people actually prefer that generic song over some really original song there. Same top 3 tastee

Actually there are some really good options for Greece. There are some songs that have big potential to elevate with the staging. Lets see! Cant wait for the final. You can also give your opinion on my prof guys❤️🔥

Greece wins Eurovision song contest in 2005 with Helena Paparizou and she's song my number one

I feel like an outlier in really loving this National Final.
My top 12.
1. Asteromáta (9/10) This is what I want from Greece. I agree that it takes tine to get going though, but in any case Klavdia for the win.
2. Vále (8.5/10) I feel a bit of a hypocrite for loving this and not liking Karnabal. I just think this has more impact than Karnaval (the counting in Spanish didn't really do it for me). I could do without the English tbh though
3. Gi mou (8.5/10) This one may overtake Vále tbh
4. Parádeisos (8/10) A nice entry, feels quite nostalgic for the 00s Eurovision mid tempo (?) entries. This may be complete nonsense but I like it anyway.
5. Odyssey. 7.5/10 (This is a lot of fun, but maybe not the best for Eurovision. I prefer my ethnic entries to be in the native language though.
6. Play it. (7.5/10) (Reminds me a little bit of Muérdeme from OT Gala Eurovisión 2019)
7. Sirens (7/10) Another lovely entry and great addition to the selection. I just prefer the songs above.
8. Lost my Way (7/10) (See above)
All the above 8, I would be happy with to some extent but I am just really rooting for Klavdia 100%.

9. Unhurt me (6/10) I want to like this more than I do. The melody is lovely and she sings with a lot of emotion but the lyrics are quite off putting and this is someone who is willing to put up with Undo my sad as a lyric!
10. Free love (5/10) Not my cup of tea at all
11. High road (4/10)
12. Elevator (Up and down) (3/10) The three points are for the 100 odd euphemisms in the song and that's it

So now I have a new last place in qualifying. All the songs are so mediocre, except for Klavdia. Klavdia is the only one in whom I see a strong finale

Yeah we got very similar top-12 (I'd just rank Paradisos a bit higher). For me it would be pretty criminal if Klavdia doesn't win, Barbz is very good also, but in a more 'international' style, very well executed though and I love her voice. Odyssey is such a lovely mess, it grows and grows on me.

Rikki: sounds cozy but very uncompetitive and gets boring quickly 5/10
Andy Nicolas: very cool vibe but the songs going nowhere 6/10
Thanos Lambrou: It sounds like an entry from kentucky in american song contest and thats not a good thing 4/10
Georgina & John very boring 3.5/10
Konstantinos & kostas i like the vibe but it goes kinda nowhere 5.5/10
Kostas ageris nice ethnic vibe but it falls flat 6.5/10
Nafsika: annoying voice and such an oldfashioned boring song 2.5/10
Dinamiss: i like the changes in the song it feels dynamic 7.5/10
Klavdia: okayy that beat is amazing and the overall greek/turkish vibes feel so good 9/10
Barbz: this sounds like a wanna be special voice but its very annoying and feels like a ripoff of sia 5/10
Xannova Xan: a lot happening but when the moment arrives youre thinking the moment will come its over already. 7/10
Evangelia: 8.5/10 i get good summer 2016 vibes from this and i love olympic 2010 songs but this song is worse than elvana, she must have won because this sounds kind of like a ripoff but it still sounds very nice and i would like it to win but elvana is just far superior
