Congratulations Mitchell, but I advise you not to compromise your health too much for sport. Honestly unless your only goal is to be the best strongman there has ever been ... I'd say don't be afraid to retire before you have to, yes I have loved watching Brian compete ... But since 2019 or so I've always thought Brian should retire. It's been hard accepting that he's going to compete another year ... Because how much time is that year of competition taking off Brian's life. Sorry Brian I'm thrilled you're retiring in a few months here. But I'm sad it took him so long.
