I had a customer who got really upset with me today, because we didn't have eggnog. I apologized to her and said that we were done with it for the season. She got upset and said that I needed to tell the manager to order it immediately, because it's still in season. I looked at her and said "Ma'am, I am the manager." She said forget and walked off.
