Greg Locke And Steven Anderson Are Feuding (And I Love It)

Why are they fighting? Well Steve thinks Greg is a big shill, which is fair, and a LIBERAL, which isn't. He says Greg Locke started out pretty normal, started repeating republican talking points, and now is doing this "deliverance" nonsense. I agree with him on most of his points, which is something I never thought I would say about that pastor.

In this video we listen to Steven explain Greg's faults in his own words. We also take a look at some clips of Greg to see if Steven is on to anything here. For the first time ever... he just might be. One thing I can say for sure; deliverance is a scam and also happens to be Greg's newest claim to fame.

When I was in college, I had the opportunity to take an honors history course called "Understanding the Holocaust" -- it was simultaneously the most influential course that I ever took and also the hardest -- both emotionally and spiritually. There were days when our class would dismiss in silence and quiet tears that lasted long after class ended. Staring into the void of humanity's potential for evil can take a mental toll on you. As a European, what always puzzles me is how these crazy preachers get away with talking about politics, feeding superstitious ideas into their congregations, and swindling them out of their monies for making them believe they can be cured by exorcism. If any preacher would be talking like this from his pulpit in my country people would be talking back to him, walk out or file complaints against him but to my amazement I see Americans just sitting there and accepting all the crazy stuff he is saying. Many European countries had already banned Stephen Anderson from stepping foot on our shores and told him he wasn't welcome here but how does this Johnson Amendment actually work in your country?

Man, I dated a woman that was involved with a small (quite culty) home church that believed in this demon stuff. At first I didn't really recognize what I was dealing with. I was raised southern Baptist, so when they talked about people having demons I was like "Woah, that's an intense thing to say!" Then after a while I realized that basically everyone had a demon in their opinion. Just started rolling my eyes, even when I was a believer.

I'm over 70 and one of 5 children raised in a very conservative Baptist family. My parents never once hit any of us (keep in mind that in the 40s, 50s, 60s beating kids with belts, switches, open palm, etc. was normal). My four siblings were very obedient and were model kids. I was a discipline problem and had trouble in school and I thank God my parents weren't punitive people. It turned out that I had dyslexia and ADHD and I was a late bloomer. In the end I got through college like my sibs and have had a good life. All without spanking. Imagine it.

My best friend in high school became a born again catholic. He and his dad went to one church, where the mass was still in Latin, whereas his 2 brothers and mom went to a post Vatican II church. He got pretty bad. He wouldn't see any movies with boobs, but he would see the most violent movies out there. Then one summer after we went off to two colleges, I came to visit. He admitted to tearing down posters in his campus for pro-choice or other similar meetings. I asked what about people who want to see that info. He felt self righteous enough not to care about them. Our friendship ended that day.

We save yelling for life-threatening situations. And when you have multiple kids, there are going to be those situations 😂. Anyone who gently asks a toddler to step away from the light socket with the fork risks a dead kid. But after yelling there HAS TO BE a time of explanation and de-escalation. Especially because yelling can be traumatic for little ones (and big people, too). Learning to deal with emergent situations where people need to raise their voice at you is part of life. I’d rather my kids stop when they hear yelling than be so used to it that they ignore it. That’s genuinely scary to me. PLEASE yell at my kids if you see them doing something dangerous, even if they don’t mean to. Crossing the road in our neighborhood can be deadly. Please feel free to protect my kids when I can’t. ❤

I didn’t believe spankings were a godly successful discipline, when my children were very young and I first used time outs and reasoning and getting loud with my children, but then I finally had faith in Christ and learned His scriptures and applied biblical teachings (after seeing these principles work in so many other families)!
And now my grown children and I can promise you that Gods way is the best to raise children and interact with all people! Steven Anderson is 100% correct on this aspect of parenting!! There is tons of scientific proof! And you can just ask any godly elderly how fruitful and peaceful (loving) all relationships are when Gods ways are followed! Not just with child raising, but also in marriages, families, communities and then entire Nations can become successful (Christlike)!
