I’m 19, and I’m literally in tears because I was never taught how to take care of my natural hair. I'm a guy and I had an appointment at a salon a few months ago where I got a wash with the olaplex shampoo, a hydrating steam treatment, a blowout, a trim, and some cornrows. My hair has been steadily growing ever since and I've got my next cornrow appointment set up for next week. I plan to do another longer appointment with the steam, blowout, and trim towards the end of July as that will have been about 3 and a half months apart from the last trim
