That's some pretty strong orbea product placement. I miss the GCN where they gave us us less obvious product placement.

On the bike size, slammed back seat and long stem; you will actually see this on a lot of sprinters bikes. For example Greipel (who's over 1, 80m) usually rides a 49 bike with a 140mm stem. Usually a frame this small means small headtube and presumably a more aero position. And maybe the smaller size frame is a bit stiffer as well...
