Navajo Grandma 'Nine Mile Canyon Petroglyphs'

preview_player
Показать описание
Navajo Grandma shares Native American understandings, definitions, etc. about Petroglyphs found in Nine Mile Canyon in Utah. These Petroglyphs were etched into the canyon wall Patina by the Fremont I, ndians who existed from about 300 to 1300AD. Like the Chaco Canyon Dine' builders the Fremont Indians also disappeared around 1300AD. Only remnants of their pottery, petroglyphs, pictographs, dwellings, etc., have been found. Grandma gave some definitions of these petroglyphs. Please do not touch, respect these sacred etchings of the Fremont Indians. Do not add your own etchings on these sacred canyon walls as well. Thank you, Axehee. Navajo Grandma

I sometimes day dream if I was living at that time what it would be like. These days we live in now are very rushed and stressful of everyday life. We miss alot of the good things in life, we should never forget who we are and where we come from. Thank you and
Bless you, Navajo Grandma.
Sometimes we walk in beauty and it passes us by, because we walk with our eyes closed. 🪶 And time passes by so quickly.

This is in my backyard. I’ve been going there since I was a small child. I’m so happy that you did a video of one of my favorite places. Thank you and many blessings to you❤

I have an experience with a no feet spirit…it was related to healing from combat spiritual trauma from war, after a strong cleansing and fight with the jinn that attacked the combat veteran it appeared with a message of peace and it was over…never going to forget the “horns” are more like rabbit ears or something else like antennas either way no feet just white body tappers off into nothing, it was shocking to see for those in the room! I think it was closest thing to a protective spirit as ever experienced other than talking to creator! Thank you Grandma ❤

I also do tattooing and I have the 8 dots tattooed on my leg.🙂 I didn't know this meaning until you showed this. It is so amazing how we can be drawn to certain signs and symbols and then you find out later it means something only the Ancestors and some knew. Very cool and a sign to me that my Ancestors are still here and with me watching. 😊

Navajo Grandma I need to express my appreciation. I listen to you and you are such a good teacher and an absolute fabulous story telling. I love hearing the stories of you growing up. I feel so connected to you bc I long for my grandmother. She was my teacher. Something in the way you are reminds me of her so thank you for that. My grandma was Mexican and Native American. Her name is Maria but we called her Grandma Cuca 💕

I just love how you have explained all of this. From the drawings to the landscape and to how your ancestors lived, I love the history you bring. I absolutely love all the rock formations and the layers and unique ways they were formed. Just amazing
