In Minneapolis, the bitter cold made a dangerous situation even worse. More than a dozen people were hurt when an apartment house burst into flames. Jamie Yuccas, of CBS Minneapolis station WCCO-TV, reports on the difficult conditions victims and emergency personnel faced at the fiery scene.
