What an important series sweep here. First off, great outing from Sale with 6 innings 1 run. and excellent work from the bullpen with Jackson, Jimenez, and Iglesias. Homer from Soler, good games from Laureano and Williams and the big 7th inning to get a very crucial series sweep. Now just 5 back of philly, if we want any chance at catching them, 3/4 in their place is a must. Obviously sweep would be most ideal but this is for sure going to be the biggest series of the year so far. Morton on the mound tomorrow, let’s go braves. #ForTheA

😢es doloroso cuando ves a tù equipo desmoronarse, lastima por Festa hizo una gran aperture pero el relevo echo a perder el juego, Atlanta sabia què con el surdo Sale sellaria la barrida, no ay manera, solo un milagro podia hacer avanzar al equipo a comodines pero igual no estàn, altamente competitivos( lesiones y baja productividad) es dificil los errores Suman y restan. Asi dè sencillo, debemos disfrutar cualquier triunfo pero dè avanzar està muy dificil( Alcala y Julien deberian ser bajados a AAA)

Imagine sending Margot on a short hop single to the outfield. That's called bad scouting. Jorge isn't a great fielder in terms of jumps on the ball and movement but his arm is actually very good. And Margot is actually not very fast. Congratulations on getting gunned down at home by a DH.


I like how they tried to say they're starting pitcher was every bit as good as the presumably NL Cy Young winner. And then he proceeds to walk a man on and have another run surrendered. He did well, but he ain't Chris Sale

Conclusion: Twins were bad. Bad coaching, bad running, bad at bat, bad on relief. Excuse me but it wasn't a base hit by Williams in the seventh inning. It was clearly a Margot's error. This man is a professionnal or not? Give recognition to David Festa, the best on the field for the Twins.
