I don't know the context for this song, but between the lyrics and the video I get the impression that this is about personal growth, and realizing when you could have done better. Feels like this is about having gone through something difficult and come out the other end with a new understanding of how to be there for those you care about, including taking care of yourself so you can be the best you can be; to literally and figuratively grow as a person (as the video seems to be a metaphor for in my eyes). utterly incredible stuff, I've had this on repeat <3
