How do you know what head goes in which position on the skeleton part?

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to finish playing this game because I'm playing on my computer using a mouse. The second part of the music puzzle is killing me. I'm fast enough to get through the whole thing, even when there are two at once, but the very end, when there are three, gets me every time.
Too bad, because I was enjoying it and would have liked to finish the game. If anyone has an idea or suggestion for me, I would sure appreciate it.
