This is the one I have and I love it! I have it in purple, teal, and gray. I’ve been using it since 2017 and I used it my last year of high school and all four years of college. And it’s still being everyday. I don’t get why Patagonia took away the dedicated laptop compartment.

That loop on the bottom is actually for your tracking poles. I love the colorway you got for your backpack. I think I will go on Etsy and see what I can pick up. The new one has load lifters on the back straps though. I love your style of review, less technical than some others.Just wish it also had a secret pocket in the back

There are so many backpack are actually similar and produce by a same factory branded differently.

Let's said the North Face Recon 2020 version, it is actually same as Eddie Bauer Adventure pack. As long as we know what the backpack material made, you can buy a backpack at the same style at lower price without paying high cost of brand name.

Osprey, Patagonia, North Face also have many backpacks are similar to each other. I have North Face Recon 2022 version.
