Ok so I rarely comment on subs but BRUH idk what you put in this thing but it is something!

I saw this sub on my recommended feed yesterday and decided to try it out because I feel like I wasn’t really getting results quick enough (The problem is that I’m allergic to sticking to one playlist).

Anyway I just tried this out while scripting my ideal life in my notes app. In the first few minutes my chest started to feel heavy and i lowkey kinda struggled to breathe. Which was so weird because this type of stuff never happened to me before.
