Architects generally design the buildings. Engineers generally figure out how to build them and then get them built with the construction crews. There are usually liaisons between all these groups.

When i went to machu pichu the guide said if i cut a stone then placed it upside down then cut the next stone from the rock that was benieth it and placed it upside down on top would they not match up😅
