Vega ready to launch the Aeolus satellite

An Arianespace Vega launch vehicle (Flight VV12) will launch the Aeolus satellite from the Vega Launch Complex (SLV) in Kourou, French Guiana, on 22 August 2018, at 21:20 UTC (18:20 local time). European Space Agency’s Atmospheric Dynamics Mission Aeolus is the first space mission to acquire profiles of the wind on a global scale.
