Please do not think the Ticonderoga cruiser will be beneficial for the Philippines. It is very old, tired with over 10, 000 tons in weight, very expensive to crew, operate and to maintain. Not to mention it is fuel hungry. It is a very big target. Best to get 3 brand new corvettes from Hyundai Heave that are 3, 200 tons each and are very maneuverable, effective warships.
