Charles and the crew from MXrevival vist the Dirt Bike Magazine staff to show off some of their latest builds including a Ricky Carmichael Replica RM250, a YZ125 built from pretty much junk parts, a YZ250, and electric start RM250 two stroke. We walk you through our day shooting these bikes, learning some of the details, and preparing to head out to Cal City MX in the desert for the action portion of the filming. This is a behind the scenes look at a day in the life of the Dirt Bike Magazine crew and what we do to put content in your hands every month. I’ve always “Ride Red” Honda CR80, CR125, CR250R #2McGrath “ShowTime” but really Love Yamaha’s YZ 250 2-stroke is still here in 2025! I’d Love to have any RM250, KX250, YZ250 fixed up. Love them all even KTM 250 2-stroke bikes. Thought I’d throw them in there too!#2-stroke#❤🏁🔥🤘🏻

Dang I have a 1982 YZ125 ( my second 1), she's rough, cone pipe, a bunch of spare parts, and want to modernize it so bad. Every time I even think about busting it out and getting on restoring it life happens. I would love to see what you all fellow Idaho boys could do with it to include modernization (suspension, graphics, etc). Its just sitting and it breaks my heart. Great job! Spectacular work! RIP Cam
