We have three branches of government, the judicial, legislative and executive. Each branch has its separate responsibilities. It is time that the executive branch stops interfering with the judicial branch.

Politics shouldn’t have a voice in our courts! What is consistent with our Constitution and the state’s laws is what should be considered. In normal circumstances, the federal government would be thrilled a state was taking care of violations of federal law. It’s only due to political influences that this is even a dispute.
