Should Red Deer be Alberta's next million-person city?

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has repeatedly issued a challenge to the City of Red Deer: to grow from just over 100,000 people to one million. Can the city sustain that? CBC Calgary's Jason Markusoff went to Red Deer to find out how its citizens feel about that challenge.
