More fun facts about Iceland and some cool locals engineering their own power from free sources, awesome. I explore the old bull-dozer road, only passable at low tide and experience more impressive camp spots with spectacular midnight sun-down moment, unreal. Tent drama, bike maintenance, water crossing advice and a little sneak preview of what it's really like trying to self film my rides and what goes into it. Enjoy.
Thanks for watching everyone, thanks for sticking with me and please do leave your comments below. We appreciate your time. Lyndon and Team.

Killer episode Lyndon. Going to Iceland end June/beginning of July with 2023 KTR 890 R. I hope I will have the same weather and same camping spots. ✊💨

My moto tent is a 1992 North Face Cicada. The poles are twisty from the strain but otherwise it is still in good shape. I can't find one that will replace it. I wish one of the new high end companies like big agnes would copy the design. It was a 2+ but would sleep three no problem.

Iceland, an island that knows about water - its temperature, its flotation and staying aground.
I tensed when I thought the tire would suddenly grab rock traction under snow.

Husqvarna just released the 901 Expedition, spec looks just like the updates you made to Norman, probably not a coincidence 🤔 that! Great video 👍

Got bash plate on 👍 I've been saying about hydro power for yonks, were surrounded by water, if he can do it everybody can on a bigger scale, 👍

I had the same issue with my old Big Agnes after years of heavy use. It's actually pretty easy to swap out that elastic cordage if you have an hour to spare one afternoon. You just need to pull the ends off of the poles, pull the old stuff out, cut the new new stuff to measure and tie the new stuff in.

This is really nice that you're sharing what you use to film and how it's done. It's not an easy task leave alone the editing part! Also good of you to detail other components you use, the drama, the philosophy of solo riding, using and keeping equipment well and to ensure it serves you for the longest possible time. Excellent 👍

Just working my way through the series with my dad as we are hoping to Iceland n Norway together :) had two 390s which we unfortunately had to reject with problems n im on an 1150 now.

Loving watching the videos so enjoyable to watch, the really awesome information n advice bout turning round n stuff great to see :)

Norden looks a great bit of kit. Probs gonna buy dad another 390 quite curious about those Nordens shame they dont do a 401.

Looks so remote! Must have felt great being there all alone with that scenery. Any thoughts on the Anakee Wild? I'm looking for something a little more aggressive for my 790. While I loved them in dry and rocky terrain they didn't work that well for me on easy but slightly muddy trails. Any suggestions? Thanks for bringing us along your journeys for all these years, they are quite inspiring :)

hey dudeski... have you got any Vids featuring Morroco?
I'm planning on riding from England, through France, stopping at various places on the spannish coast, from Barcelona down to Gibraltar... then accross to Morroco and down to Casablanca.
Doing roughly 2000 miles on a 1996 Yamaha XJ900s diversion shaft drive..with a few mods of course.
So any vids that will give me some advice would be great.
Cheers
ps... when are you gonna do the Dakar again???
that was soooo cool.... You have inspired this 51 year old battered biker of 31 years, to get his arse out the computer room and get touring again.
Oh yeah... saw several bikes carrying Enduristan kit at this years Dragon Rally.

Dear Lyndon, great videos as always. One question what boots do you ride in. They seem water proof. Thanks.

I’m sure you know, or have been told, you can easily replace all the elastic cord in your poles. ✌🏻

You need a drone that can retrieve your camera 😂
