How many (percentage) of the buildings are listed by the historical society and prevent them from being renovated? You definitely can't judge any building there by the outer facade. Many plain exteriors throughout the city house fantastic interiors... and increasingly high price tags. Many of my friends have sold, bailed, and headed over the bridge to Mestre and beyond.
