The blade is full tang. I don't understand why people feel the need to try and break knives or beat them up. A knife like this one is made for cutting rope, food prep or an EDC, light tasks, etc. Why would you want to baton wood with this knife? For 20$, it's a great knife and has great amazon reviews. Just my two cents worth.

Had mine for 2 years. Edc and I absolutely love it. Been thru a lot and it's help up extremely well. Been a great camping knife as well. For the $ I'd buy another one

The Strap cutter is not.. It is for cutting cord while knife in sheath while on belt. I love it.

Better off tapping a small razor blade to your seatbelts with a small piece of black tape. Then counting on this shitty knife to cut a seatbelt. I understand it adds to the appeal but come on SOG

mine made that cracking sound to but its a decent knife i hammered it it to a tree and made multiple hard stabs at that tree and prying to so i guess its ok

Obviously this dude knows his shit. A lot of the reviews on this people are saying it’s great for the price? Wtf. This dudes knows in a battle scenario which is what sog is represents. Terrible handle. Ok blade. Maybe for a backup but also if you even use your knife once or twice that stupid seatbelt cutter probably won’t work to good lol
