It all starts with the music - inspiring the creative concepts for the Rebel Diamonds album - for lighting looks reminiscent of a modern Las Vegas marquee - and for that Douglas relied on CHAUVET Professional STRIKE Array 4 • STRIKE Array 2 • Color STRIKE M • Maverick Storm 3 BeamWash • Maverick Storm 4 SoloWash fixtures.
Favoring Color STRIKE M hybrid strobes and blinders for good audience lighting, the band was able connect even more during singalong moments, and the crowd enjoyed the punchy eye-candy!
“The Color STRIKE Ms are big blinders for this. The band are big on wanting to see people’s faces in singalong moments, so they work great for that. They’re nice and punchy, and allow quite a bit of eye candy to come through them as well… It’s also nice to see the subtlety of the wash element, especially for camera. They come in quite handy for reverse shots and things like that…
