They're simply balancing him, we may not notice but there are these minor nerfs which are really important otherwise yoru would become too over-powered if the nerfs aren't done.
Edit: Some people in Comments still don't get it, buffing an agent doesn't mean putting the opponents in a disadvantage, Riot makes sure to keep everything balanced, talking about being able to hear yoru's footsteps while in ult, if they wouldn't do such nerfs the opponents would be put in a disadvantage, like seriously imagine you're a Reyna and the opponent yoru is in his ult, now would you want to be spammmed with abilities without having an idea where even is he? No, right?
That's why these nerfs are quite important, here people who are criticizing these nerfs are simply looking for their own advantage and not realizing there can be an enemy yoru too.

The slower pull out time thing I do t agree with but the whole thing with the using your abilities in your ult is honestly a great trade off

If the pull outs slower, they could at least make his footsteps only be heard if your near him.
hearing his footsteps while his on Ult far away is kinda lame.

Footstep in ult doesn't seem lame to me. When in ult, you can always first run around for some time, and before it dissipates, walk for like 1 or 2 sec to kill the step, do a flash, and reposition. Not to mention you can also tp/fake tp during Ult now. Works well, no?

decoy got a buff while the ult got a rework. Decoy can now blind and also copies your avatar, and the time to get into his Ult is more faster but your footsteps can be heard.

Your is still not exactly quiet and stealthy, but strong. They did some stuff to keep him in check too. His decoy Is still kinda wierd tho, it is easily recognised. The only niche i see is making yourself look like a decoy. It's more useful then the steps tho atleast. Flags is same, teleport is stronger, and ult is stronger too. He can flash in it and use other abilities, which makes up for the sound. He can't go too far without alerting enemies tho. If his ult turns out to be weak for some reason, they can just decrease the radius for steps.

Yoru decoy could be really good when pushing thru smoke or just pushing as a team onto site when its a lil chaotic and people just shoot the first thing they see

His ultimate if you try to do a solo play is completely terrible in slightly higher ranks, it is to predictable, since you can hear his footsteps you know from what angle he comes or his flashes will come from.
Imagine as yoru to require to turn your head to mitigate your own flashes while having that huge delay of pulling out the gun, but because of all the aboves the enemy most likely can also turn his head to mitigate the flash, so in the end you most likely will end up getting shot until you pull out the gun.

Honestly to balance his ultimate i would make it so his own flashes do not affect him while in ulti and remove the footsteps, whole point of the ultimate is to be stealthy and come out from an angle the enemy wont expect to, heck his ulti when expires makes also a loud noise so it's not like the enemy doesn't know where you are after coming out.

His clone needs to get additional features, few of his old footstep ability, one the stationary effect, two the one you can activate it from stationary so it starts walking towards the direction it is pointed to.

After a few times seeing the ability it is predictable when it is the real and clone yoru, not to mention the clone yoru does not show up in the minimap. I feel like putting the clone in a tight corner while enemy corner checks is more likely to get shot rather one that just walks in a straight line since that kind of movement is way to robotic.

Obviously there is some good with his ultimate, for teamplay it is far better compared to before, you take the lead for your team, corner check, possibly even flash them and let your teammates finish them of, also to be able to place a teleporter while in ulti is also a positive thing, you can use it for more aggressive plays or angle it in a way to place it really deep in enemys territory. Besides having the option to use it whenever you want makes it more convenient to use on the spot, similar to jet smoke ability compared to the other smokes that require you to set them up and waste time while loosing momentum.

I like Yoru 1.0 more. Idk why, I think he's balanced right now, and any changes are unnecessary. The great thing about his tp right now is that he can use it after a while, which is great for extended rounds, and the outplay potential throughout the round will remain the same. Now he will need 2 kills to recharge it, which means he can only outplay once or twice in a round. Sounds pretty bad imo.
