This can be a completely heatless hairstyle, simply forgo the hairdryer and allow your hair to dry naturally until it's 10% damp.
* For thicker hair - you can create two braids at the top of your head instead of one. This will help to create more waves.

This is the best sleep in braid tutorial I’ve ever used, sometimes my hair is dry so I just spray it all over with some leave in and wait 10 minutes and put it in the same braid it works just as well if you don’t have freshly showered hair :)

I’m so excited I found this video. I don’t like going to bed with my hair in a bun. It either hurts or falls out. This is perfect. It’s actually really comfortable to sleep with!!
