HttpRepl is a very lightweight cross-platform command-line REPL tool for testing Web APIs. It can run anywhere .Net Core (or later versions) can run.

In my experience, this is one of the most straightforward and innovative tools for testing Web APIs. The fact that we can do things like directory search and change directories is a game-changer.
