My first thought is that Plarium's MO (how they made a billion dollars) of gambling micro-transactions does not go over as well for the MMO crowd. Pay-to-win leaves a particularly distasteful flavor in the mouth the more players directly interact with and compete against other players. The greed they exhibit in Raid might not be so well received in an MMO but I'm not sure they can change that mentality.

Sounds (and looks!) nice. (former EQ2 player here) Depends on the pricing and if there is any in game purchases that give you an advantage other than cosmetics (aka P2W) . RSL has become more and more a money/rss spending contest.
