6kg Ultralight Winter Thru Hike Gear

This is the gear I used while hiking through Europe in winter on about 1600km trail of my south to north European Thru Hike. I started in Tarifa in southern Spain on December 2nd, hiked about 700km in Andalusia, skipped a part in Spain and France due to shin problems, hiked 350km in France, 500km in Switzerland and a short part in Germany.
Now I will chance parts of my winter gear to test some different lighter equipment for spring.
The base weight of this pack is about 6kg.

Hi! Thanks for the video :) Sometimes I don't understand you though so wanted to peep in your lighter pack list but it's in German damn it :D do you have English version too by chance? :D
I want to do GR7 this winter and hesitate a lot about the gear to take, I am not sure what temps I should expect. For example if my Z-Lite will be warm enough (for petit girl cold sleeper), what do you reckon? What temps were the coldest nights down there? Cheers :)

Denke ich werde vor Dir laufen, also werd ich mal sehen, ob ich irdenwo ein paar Grußworte hinterlassen kann.
Mittlerweile solltest Du in Skandinavien angekommen sein denke ich, sonst wird es mit dem Wintereinbruch knapp
