I think both countries are doing great, but one thing we need to consider is the cost of these projects. During Magufuli's era, most of the projects were implemented with lower costs than ever b4, which I think even now most of the coming projects are following the same path (cost effectiveness). Kenya, on the other hand, they have comparative advantage in human capital, which is good for attracting foreign investment and building a thriving knowledge economy.

Tanzania 🇹🇿 is doing an amazing job. In 10 years, we will not be competing with Tanzania. They will be far ahead. Even most of their towns are properly planned. We have built so many tarmac roads in Kenya 🇰🇪, but all of them are of poor quality. Tanzania will soon have the longest road network in Africa. Kenya has a lot to learn from Tanzania in matters governance. Tanzania is blessed naturally and they are waking up in using the natural resources. Kenya's biggest advantage over Tanzania was human capital but even human capital is now messed up. No employment and university education is too expensive for the ordinary person.
