If you have a long lasting battery then you don't need fast charging daily, although it would be useful sometimes. So I choose long lasting battery, but of course I prefer both.

I really think smartphone manufacturers need to strike a balance between super fast charging and a battery that lasts longer.That way us as consumers would be super happy

I don't think it should be a decision between this two... I think manufacturers must include both, at least on flagship devices! It's must-have in late 2022!

finally someone addressed this situation! i can't believe in 2022 there's mid range phones that charge faster that the flagships, and it sucks you gotta pick either good battery or fast charging, right now i own a s22 ultra and it feels so damn slow to charge and the battery lasts 5-6 hours on screen time the most, for my personal experience the vivo x80 pro killed the game this year, i had it for about 5 months and the battery was awesome, after a full day still had 30-40% left and the 80 watts charge is nuts, and charger out the box obviously, more brands should do the same 😑😑

I own a Oneplus 9 pro and the optimized night charging is a killer feature, this way with the same charger you get high speed charging when needed and slow charging overnight for keeping the battery lifespan.

Honestly I feel like we should have really fast charging at this point like 0% to 100% in 30 minutes and have a minimum of 3 days of battery life as standard why is at least one day battery life the standard? Just food for thought but I guess if I really had to pick I'm okay with having slightly slow a charge times if I get the best possible battery life great video by the way keep up the great work I'll catch you on the next one have a good one.

Since using 65watt fast charging, i never have to overnight charging the phone. Enough to plug in just before taking shower to go to work. I will put my phone on top of air purifier to cool it down, everytime

Although iPhones don't have the fastest charging speeds, my 13 Pro lasts all day and I only charge it overnight. Charging speed is not really a big deal for me, but a balance of both like you said would be perfect.

I've had a OnePlus 8 pro, note 20 ultra, and now an S22 ultra as well as a tab S8 ultra. All of these support super fast charging but I always charge them with a regular charger. Yeah it takes longer, but they charge overnight so who cares. If years of experience with RC stuff has taught me anything, it's that the faster the charge rate the more damage to the battery. It's not something that can be avoided.

Here's the correct answer. Anyone who has used a OnePlus 10T and experienced 150w Super VOOC is going to be pretty upset when their S22 Ultra takes a few hours to charge. If you have never experienced it you probably won't care. Can't miss what you've never had.

I charge my phone once every 2-3 days with a 65watt charger witch came with the phone but i reduced the charging rate down to 18watt to prevent damaging the 6000mha battery

Idk if they're able to add an option to charge phones slowly or faster. Usually my OnePlus asks if you want it to charge slowly between around 10pm-6am? I tend to charge my phone before bed as I use white noise when sleeping. Maybe charging 1h from 0-100 would be a good speed. I guess you could use a different cable.
