Describe how to get skill points from the different Cocoons and Towers dotted across the regions of Aelio, Retem, and Kvaris as well as their locations. Also include where to spend these skill points and some tips for using them.

If you do the cocoons on higher difficulty, do you get skill points? Or does the difficulty not matter and only get 1 per cocoon.
