I had a Great Dane/Mastiff cross, and he was 36" at the shoulder and 240 pounds. He could crush beef rib bones and eat them like pretzel sticks, but there wasn't a mean bone in his body.

He crossed The Rainbow Bridge about a month ago, and I still miss him terribly.

I am excluding any zoo/habitat visits because I feel that's cheating. I have had face to face encounters with Alaskan Grizzly bears a few times in the wild. But surprisingly, that was absolutely nothing compared to, what I like to call, an Alpha moose. This big ol boy was on my portage trail and I noticed his presence when I went on the trail and there was a fallen log across the path on my first run. On my way back, the log was crushed in the middle, like someone had smashed it with a sludge hammer. On my second run, right near the fallen crushed log, I saw him. This moose was I have never been more humbled by anything in my life. This moose was indescribably huge. Forest gods are real, and this moose was proof.

As terrifying titanoboas are, they spend most of their time in the water.

Pretty much like whales, their body mass alone wouldn't move on land. Their mass would crush their internal organs. It's impossible for a titanoboa to rear its head up, let alone their body mass crushing their internal organs.
