Named items that you need to focus on in order of importance:
The Sacrifice - Providence Chest - Gives Perfect Glass Cannon - Can be acquired from season pass
Contractors Gloves - Petrov gloves - Give damage to armor
Fox's Prayer - Overlord Kneepads - Gives bonus out of cover damage
Coyotes Mask - Season pass exotic - Gives a lot of crit

ALOT of people are progressing incorrectly and getting stuck in hard mode for some reason. This guide / rant is meant to show you how to go from noob to heroic in the Division 2 as fast as possible.(or how to go from 40-Heroic as fast as possible). Hard mode in Division 2 is a waste of time, there are too many purple drops and not enough good rolls. The goal is to get out of there as fast as you can. In Warlords of New York you end the story at level 40 and then the grind to heroic begins. Hopefully this guide will show you exactly how to get from level 40 to heroic in Warlords of New York so that you can farm all of the builds you actually want to use!
