For context on the breath hold for those who don't know (I've done a little research on this), that's with normal air, (>70% N, 21% O2, etc), but the longest breath with using PURE O2 (Which is toxic to the body if taken for extended periods of time) is over 24 minutes.

Fun fact, when my ex girlfriend and I were driving back from a friends house, a car pulled in front of us. Now I’m skinny, 135lbs and 6’3”. I STOPPED the airbag with a reflex I didn’t know I had. I stopped it with my arm. I broke my arm and she broke her wrist when it happened. I got zero thanks. The paramedics were baffled as to how the airbag didn’t hurt her more. I told them what happened and they all laughed saying “love does strange things son”. So I believe these limits we see, I surpassed one. You can too, trust me. You don’t need a life or death scenario, just need your heart in the right place. We all can do it.
