Yes, angled it feels more natural & comfortable that way. Also you can get more aero.

I have the same bar. A Chinese knock off of an Enve. It’s Made perfectly well (used it for 2 years) and costs 40 USD. 34 across/40 on the drops. Banged it in to be 23 across and I use a custom made Ti 160mm -20 stem (100 USD from a factory)

ive been riding angled hoods like this for years. Its suprisingly comfy but off saddle paddling need some getting used to.

A little angle to find a comfortable hand position, sure. I just doubt anyone is more comfortable at the silly angles. That and your hands aren't able to grip the brakes properly in the drops...

Nothing aero about this bike. Disc brakes and canted shifters.. brilliant..

That's not the standard enve melee handlebar. Are they going to allow customers to also pick the handlebar??
