I did the same thing with the Daily Bugle third floor window

This is one of my favorute parts of the marvel modulars, you can have the option of a normal building or one that’s getting attacked and full of action packed scenes. You can also do this with the daily bugle (the third floor window can be put together to be a normal one) and the sanctum sanctorum (you can turn the wall with the monster around). Idk about the avenegrs tower though bc I don’t have that one

You can do this with the daily bugle as well. It actually comes with 2 extra windows

I prefer it all in one piece, I did a similar modification with the daily bugle set. The window that the green goblin is meant to break through can be repaired fairly easily.
